This year Vintageroots will be providing a selection of wines juices and soft drinks at the Woodcote Rally.
Established in 1986, way before ‘organic’ hit the headlines, Vintage Roots was formed by three friends to select, ship and distribute the best certified organic wines available from small, quality driven producers worldwide. Over the last twenty plus years, their selection has grown to over 300, from award winning vintage Champagne to reliable everyday drinking wines at very reasonable prices. They stock a range of organic spirits, beers, ciders, liqueurs and juices too.
This years wine list includes:
Vintage Roots Organic Blanco, NV, Italy Light and easy-drinking white from the airen grape.
Vintage Roots Organic Tinto, NV, Spain Ripe, sun-drenched fruit aplenty in the Vintage Roots own-label Spanish red.
Vintage Roots Touchstone Pinot Grigio, 2007, Italy This is benchmark, fruity pinot Grigio from the north east of Italy. Really lovely sweet green pea and white flesh fruits, with well-balanced acidity.
Vintage Roots Touchstone Rosé, NV, Chile From Chile, this Touchstone rosé has everything that's made pink wines so popular: lots of ripe, red berry fruits, great balance and enough weight to be enjoyed with or without food.
Domaine de Pajot Noisette, 2006, South-west France A lovely ‘off dry; white addition from Pajot – made from 100% Gros Manseng. It is a lovely easy drinking wine by itself or a good match for fruits, soft cheese, charcuterie or light desserts.

Vintage Roots Touchstone Shiraz, 2006, Argentina The Touchstone Shiraz is medium-bodied and has a nose and palate of red cherries and blueberries. Especially good with grilled foods.
Jean Bousquet Chardonnay, 2006/2007, Argentina Always in the top three wines at any wine tasting events. It's delicate but in no way lacking in flavour.
