Senior Citizen Ticket

There aren’t any booking fees added when buying tickets through our website. Postage costs are £1.50 per order regardless of the number of tickets being purchased.

There are no separate tickets for customers with access requirements. Anyone wanting to attend the Woodcote Rally must book tickets in the usual manner, through this website.

We welcome all ages to the Woodcote Rally. There are no entry restrictions for under 16s but please be aware that we do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on the Rally field. Children aged four and under do not require tickets.

It is expected that you will receive your tickets at least 2 days before the Woodcote Rally starts, but this all depends on when you buy your tickets. Online tickets are on sale until the Monday before the Rally so if you buy your tickets then you should expect them in the post no later than the Thursday before the Rally weekend. Tickets will be sent out by Royal Mail and will be sent to the address specified when booking. A signature will not be required at the point of the delivery.

There are no refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of the Woodcote Rally. Any complaints or compliments should be sent in writing to the Woodcote Charitable Association at the following address:

There is no refund or exchange available – the Rally will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please be prepared for all weather conditions.
