Craft Details & Requirements

This must include your access space. Each stand will be marked out. Additional space is negotiable.
The Rally power supply will be on the internal perimeter of the marquee only. Individual power supplies are limited to 500 watts.
£20 per lighting appliance
£40 per heating/cooling appliance
Please describe your stall, include details of items for sale. Also state special requirements, e.g. large back drop

Other Details & Insurance

Vehicles may not park on the Rally field unless a valid pass is displayed and must be parked in a designated area. Under no circumstances must there be any vehicle movement during the hours of 10.00 am and 6.00 pm on the weekend of the Rally.

A current Public Liability Insurance Policy must be in force on the Rally weekend and a copy must be available for inspection prior to set up.

(This relates to your vehicle/exhibit and any other vehicles accompanying your attendance). I declare that, for the duration of this event, this vehicle and any other self-propelled vehicle attending the Woodcote Rally will be the subject of a Road Traffic Act Third Party Insurance Policy as a minimum; all other exhibits will be covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy.
I agree to the conditions of entry to the Rally and will comply with the Woodcote Rally safety policy statement. I also consent to the details provided on this form being used to contact me about the rally and being stored securely by the woodcote charitable association in line with their policy.

The Craft and Country Fair is a must for every visitor. The marquee is home to many exhibitors and provides a superb display of a variety of skills. The marquee is hugely popular, and is busy all day with the thousands of visitors that pass through it.

We love to see craftsmen at work, and try to accommodate as wide a range as possible. Recently we have had a range of jewellery, a variety of hand crafted cards, cakes, sweets, sausages, cheeses, pies, spinners and weavers, and traditional goods crafted from wool, embroidery, pottery and wood. There is plenty to see as well as to buy.

Outside the marquee is the Country Area, with rural craft demonstrations, animals and entertainment. Coming along this year we have stick makers, a willow weaver, a thatched spar maker, pets’ corner, birds of prey, a wood turner and many more.

In the Craft Marquee, we provide a 6 foot table in 10 foot space at a competitive price for the weekend. (Larger spaces available.) Power can be provided at an additional charge. Please note that we do not provide any other furniture so, if you want to sit down, bring along a chair.

Please note that all stall holders must have valid public liability insurance for the weekend of at least £5 million. You must also comply with any other statutory regulations that may apply to you and the rules of the Rally. Your insurance will be checked, and it is likely that we will be inspected by the relevant authorities.
