When is the Rally?
What Time do the car Parks Open?
The car park will open at approximately 9am on both Saturday and Sunday. The car park gates will be locked each night at midnight.
There is plenty of free parking at the Rally.

The programme of events are subject to amendment without notice, and may be amended in the light of prevailing weather conditions. Times of events are approximate.

Where can i buy Tickets From?
What Ticket Types are Available?
Admission to the Woodcote Rally is by ticket only.
- A child ticket (£4.00 online, £5.00 on the gate) gives entry to 1 child aged 5 to 16. Children 4 and under enter free of charge.
- A family ticket (£20.00 online, £25.00 on the gate) gives entry to 2 adults and up to 3 children.
- A senior citizen ticket (£6.00 online, £8.00 on the gate) gives entry to 1 senior citizen aged 60 or over.
- An adult ticket (£8.00 online, £10.00 on the gate) gives entry to 1 adult.
Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket may be ejected.
How Much are Tickets?

Tickets for Woodcote Rally in advance at a discounted rate from our our online shop. These will be available up until the end of June. Alternatively, just turn up and buy them on the gate.
Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket may be ejected.

What Postcode can i put Into my Satnav?
If you put RG8 0PH into your Satnavs it will direct you onto Tidmore Lane where the Rally and parking will be clearly sign-posted.
There will be a one-way system in place for the car park, the entrance to which will be from the Reading Road end of Tidmore Lane.

There is plenty of free parking at the Rally.
Is There any Local Public Transport to the Show Field?
Yes, buses run regularly to Woodcote.
Thames Travel runs an hourly Saturday and Sunday return bus service (number X40) between Reading Town Centre (Station Road) and Oxford City Centre (bus stop H5, St Aldates) via Wallingford and Benson.
The War Memorial stop is the best one to get off at, then it is a short walk (approximately 450 metres) to the public entrance. The bus service runs hourly.

Is Camping Available Onsite?
Is the Ground Uneven?
Is the Rally Suitable for Pushchairs/Wheelchairs?
Many pushchair and wheelchair users attend our rally and return year on year!
Wheelchair/mobility scooter users are reminded that the Rally takes place on open farmland – the field is relatively level however the ground is uneven and subject to weather conditions may be difficult in places.
If any disabled visitor needs advance information or assistance please contact us and we’ll do our best to help or advise.
Are Dogs Allowed?
Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead and remain under control. Owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Do not leave your dog in your vehicle during your visit to the Rally as we reserve the right to force entry into a car in which a dog appears to be in distress.
Additionally dog owners must be aware that during the Rally there are often loud noises and music, sharp bangs and crowds of people, which can distress dogs.

Is There Diabled Parking?
Yes, there is designated disabled parking.
Disabled parking is adjacent to the pedestrian gate and in the car parking area. This is reserved for blue badge holders only.

Can i get Cash on Site?
Are Credit Card Facilities Available?
We can accept credit or debit card payments at the entrance gates to a limited extent but cash on the day is preferred. You can purchase your tickets via credit or debit card in advance through this website.
Also, credit or debit card payments are accepted by many of the exhibitors.

Will you be Posting Programme Times in Advance?
Yes. The programme of events will be posted on the Programme page before the rally.
The programme of events will also be available in the rally Souvenir Programme, available to buy upon entrance to the rally site.

Are Barbeques Allowed?
Visitors to the Woodcote Rally
Barbeques are NOT permitted on the Rally field. This rule applies equally to full barbeques and disposable foil trays.
Exhibitors who are Camping
If you are an exhibitor who is camping over the Rally weekend, you may use gas barbeques on stands only. No charcoal barbeques on the ground or on stands are allowed.
