Tickets & Entry

There is a £1 booking fee added when buying tickets through our online ticket partner regardless of the number of tickets being purchased. There are no postage costs as all tickets will be digital tickets to be scanned on entry.

There are no separate tickets for customers with access requirements. Anyone wanting to attend the Woodcote Rally must book tickets in the usual manner, through this website.

We welcome all ages to the Woodcote Rally. There are no entry restrictions for under 16s but please be aware that we do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on the Rally field. Children aged four and under do not require tickets.

There are no refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of the Woodcote Rally. Any complaints or compliments should be sent in writing to the Woodcote Charitable Association at the following address:

There is no refund or exchange available – the Rally will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please be prepared for all weather conditions.
