Bring Your Own Policy

We work very hard to provide a selection of catering options at reasonable prices. Vendors and traders form a vital part of the income which not only enables the Woodcote Rally to continue but also allows us to maximise the charitable donations each year. We therefore ask you to support these small businesses and the Rally by enjoying the selection on offer.

The Rally also benefits from proceeds from the beer tent so please spend freely, again allowing us to maximise the charitable donations each year.

If you wish to bring your own food you are welcome to do so. However, please read our prohibited items page carefully as failure to comply could lead to eviction from Rally field.
